Hi There,

This is a message for all those of you, that have been taking LDN

for at least 4 months or those that have stopped. Have you taken

part in the LDN Research Trust survey? If you haven't, please visit

www.ldnresearchtrust.org you will find the survey form on the main

web page in English, German, French and Spanish.

We have a Privacy Statement that states………

" Eminent Neurologist Dr Alasdair Coles, from Addenbrookes hospital

in Cambridge has given his approval and consent to this survey.

This information will be used to collate anecdotal evidence in a

statistic format; no names will be used. These anonymous results

will be presented to the medical profession, research and other

funding bodies, posted on the internet and printed where ever

possible.

The LDN Research Trust will not pass your personal details on to a

third party for any purpose whatsoever.

No one will contact you for further data, the LDN Research Trust may

contact you from time to time with updates. Should you want your

details removing from our database, email

contact@... "

Another 123 people are needed to take part ASAP. We can then carry

out the first 500 person in depth scientific report from the survey

results.

We don't just want to hear from those people that are doing well on

LDN, we want to hear all experiences. That is the only way to get a

true picture.

I really need everyone's help with this, I estimate approximately

2,000 people worldwide at least are on LDN and we haven't heard from

400 as yet.
