LDN and MS...getting started

Hi...I am totaly new here. I am collection info to take to my Dr next

week. I am on Avanex and Baclofen. My main problem is extreem

stiffness in right leg and foot, this is making my balance bad. My

foot drags cause my knee won't bend and my toes curl under from the

stiffness and muscle spasms. When you start LDN do you start with 3mg

at bed time? Do you stay on the Avanex and Baclofen? What can I

expect from LDN? How long until I know if it is helping? Sorry I have

a million questions. Please help me out...Thanks Elin
