Curious re foods if anyone has used the LEAP test for measuring inflammatory blood cytokine reactions to foods, rather than antibody testing, and then removed foods that tested strongly positive with this test Zieve, M.D.  HI ,I have a new Crohn's pt, a 14 yo male and he was just fully worked up at Stanford and they did not use Barium but Endoscopy and colonoscopy for the dx. They als oran IgE food with no positives so I ran the ImmunoLabs IGG and came out with 29 foods! They are really great and explained this is normal with IBD and they claim 92-95% accuracy. He has been improving since removing these foods. And was very thin with ab cramping as main symptoms. Hope something there helps.Brad West, NDLos Gatos, Ca
