sleep. Today a lot of my symptoms are worse, I've had muscle twitching and am

unbelievably tired. I have Lyme and this was an attempt to help the symptoms. I

am unsure about my immune system- seems pretty Ok I NEVER get colds so surely

that can't be the problem.
