I am wondering if others have experienced such reactions to even lower doses of LDN (say 1.5 mg) and what did you do to help your system adjust. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Elio,

I can't help with your situation, but I do feel for you. I was so stiff when I started LDN that, if I did have a difference, I couldn't tell. My stiffness is like concrete. Not fun. I think possibly that some people just want some relief so badly that every little affect is enlarged in our minds, to some extent. Sometimes, we just have to ride out the storm, so to speak. It may not have anything to do with LDN. All of these variances are what, I fear, will ultimately scare traditional docs from ever wanting LDN FDA approved if trials are done. It just takes so much patient participation, which they are not accustomed to. Also, some patients just want a 'magic bullet.'

My advice is to 'hang tough!' You can do it! It's a journey to say the least. We're all here and on your side! Remember: You're trying to stop progression!

The increased symptoms will eventually die down. Let your body get used to the

1.5mg for several weeks to a month or two months. Up to 2.0mg for a month and

if you get increased symptoms with 2.0mg ride them out for a month, they should

die down. Gradually go up each month or every two or 3 months.

Does that really help, or does it just stretch out the suffering?

Sounds like the body is waking up and starting to work on old issues.. why not just take the 3.0 for a month or so and then assess the situation?

The Fear Factor is the worst, I know it's shocking to have everything wake up at once, but I thought it was a good thing. The body Reacting to normal stimuli that you didn't realize you didn't react to.

Everyone gotta do it their own way though.... JMHO's of course
