Questions for getting started

Hi,

I'm happy to say I finally got my LDN prescription after several

attempts. I will be faxing it to Skips tomorrow. For those of you who

are experienced at this I'd appreciate your input. Here are my

questions:

First, Do some people make liquid LDN from the capsules/tablets that I

will get from Skips? Or is the liquid LDN issue just for the Revia

50mg users?

Second, what is now thought to be the best dosage to start at? I've

read people doing many different things. I understand that I'm aiming

for 4.5mg ultimately. How long would I take to build up to this? I

will be getting my LDN in the form of 1.5mg tablets/capsules.
