Watch out for outlandish claims, miracle cures, guarantee's and promises.

There is a definite place for Glico, limu, coconut oil, omega oils, etc. Along with good nutrition, certain supplements, common sense, drinking adequate amounts of water, exercise and stretching. They are all necessary........none of which are miracle cures.

One of the most informative and accurate books that I know of is "The Makers Diet" by Jordan Rubin. His second book "Restoring Your Digestive Health".....just might be the answer to all of our health problems today. Two fantastic books.
