This fog is different from what I have had before, difficulty sequencing thoughts together and very bad memory and ability to come up with the right word. Had thought last week that it was the MSM that was causing the problem and after stopping the MSM, things did clear up for a few days, but now has returned worse than ever. Do others experience this type of brain fog with whey, and do you think it is just part of the herxing effects or could be caused by something else (bromelain?). I am planning to order some piracetam to see if it helps. Thanks ! I know of someone whose brain fog was completely cleared up by the IP, so I would suggest stopping most everything else to see if it really is the Ipro, and then add back in your other supplements. Guest guest
Yeah, all those people who can't read instructions and want someone else to unsubscribe them............ :-( shannah9 wrote: > Just wondering if anyone else suffers from severe 'brain fog'
Guest guest
Well, it is interesting that I don't think I can recall seeing many, if any, in any other group, asking how to unsubscribe. Is it a public protest in this group? A joke? One person says it and others chime in for fun? Or is it saying something? I'm in nearly 100 other through the years and thinking about it, this is like the only group I've ever seen people send emails to the group asking to unsubscribe. I also own a few groups, so I see people having no problem unsubscribing when they wish. Thanks, Barb +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Barb, I had it until I had my mercury amalgams removed from my mouth. It went away after that. That was the only benefit I noticed. Marcie
Guest guest
You may want to talk to your doctor about Aricept. While it was originally approved by the FDA for Alzheimer's its been successfully used for MS as well as possibly other chronic conditions. For MS patients I believe it has primarily been used after major exacerbations. Best of luck! ~Trent shannah9 <brfifield@...> wrote: Just wondering if anyone else suffers from severe 'brain fog' andwhat, if anything, is effective for this.Thanks,Barb__________________________________________________
Guest guest
Dr. Levine spoke at a conference in Charlotte, NC a few weeks ago and I understood her to say that the brain fog is directly related to B 12 level. Severe Brain Fog Is anyone finding successful treatments for severe brain fog? Thanks for any suggestions. bf This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each other, not to give medical advice. Guest guest
> Is anyone finding successful treatments for severe brain fog? My brain fog disappeared the day I had the metal taken out of my teeth. 18 teeth, all done in 1 day under sedation; when the sedation wore off the brain fog was simply gone. Amazing. So in my case it must have been caused by the " radio effect " from the mix of metals in my teeth. (There's another term for it which I don't remember. We discussed this here a year or so ago; sorry I don't have a message# or even a month to point you to.) Lost cognitive function has been gradually returning (almost 2 years now). It seems to improve/plateau depending on whether or how much I'm chelating, so it's probably related to the high mercury load still in my body/brain. FWIW. Take care. -Lynn K
