The doses lower than 3.0mg might help some symptoms but may not halt your MS

disease progression. Many start out on 1.5mg but over time one really must try

to get up to at least 3.0mg to halt MS disease progression.

I am going to try to get to at least 3mg. I will commence on 1.5mg for

4 weeks, then 1.75mg, then 2mg, 2.25mg, and so on, systematically

increasing in doses of 0.25mg till I get to the higher dosage. I have a

sensitive system so hopefully this will allow me to slowly adjust to

LDN.
