Today, I will acknowledge my feelings.I have noticed that whenever I am riding on a bus or driving a car, I take my feelings out and look at them, analyze them, and try to figure them out. Mostly I try to decide how to fix them. I think that this is the only time that I stop and am quiet enough for my feelings to come up. The good thing is that feelings don’t go away. They stay with us and wait for us to take them out and deal with them when we are ready. That’s the not so good thing about feelings, too. They don’t disperse until they are dealt with. The sooner I acknowledge them, the faster I achieve some peace of mind. Try it today.
