Guest guest
I have been on this site a couple times, I talked my doctor about LDN and she is starting me on 1.5 mg & she said after 30 day's 3 mg. I'm in a wheel chair & sometimes use a walker, how soon will I see results from LDN? I go to therapy three times a week, my therapist said I have good muscle tone. Jim [low dose naltrexone] For : what type of naltrexone... , if your primary care physician is writing a prescription for LDN, you no longer have to concern yourself with ReVia! You can send your prescription to Skip's Pharmacy (where many of us get our LDN), who will compound your prescription from pure naltrexone powder and Avicel filler. Avicel is a microcellulose powder that is unlikely to upset your stomach. They don't crush ReVia tablets. Naltrexone is naltrexone is naltrexone. It's the fillers in the ReVia (and other 50mg naltrexone tablets) that people are concerned about. ReVia tablets have filler too, as do all the other 50mg tablets. Guest guest
Hi Jim, My husband saw results the next day. His fatigue was gone. Within the first month he had no more bladder frequency, and his fine motor skills and his balance were back. He now is back to surfing, golfing and basketball. Also he works full time again. I notice that the result varies strongly from person to person. I would say about 85% of people have some type of symptom relief. Most people have stopped progression of their MS. It is important to note however that not everyone has symptom relief and that a very small percentage of people still progress. I only say this to be completely honest, which is important. Please also keep in mind that most people on LDN also have a supplement regiment. I will e-mail 's to you, and I will attach all of the protocols from Dr. ce which also goes over recommended supplements. In addition many of the MS'rs also go on a diet. eats very little beef, no wheat and no dairy. He said he has never felt better (and he was a big meat eater). Keep posting on this site and letting us know if you have any problems. That is what we are here for, to help each other out. I will send you a private e-mail with all of the information that I mentioned. Best of luck Aletha [low dose naltrexone] For : what type of naltrexone... , if your primary care physician is writing a prescription for LDN, you no longer have to concern yourself with ReVia! Guest guest
Hi Aletha; Thank you for your response to my e-mail, I appreciate your honesty. I am a big meat eater, beef & pork, guess I'll cut back, I'll look forward to all information you can provide me. I just want to get walking again so I can be more active with our grandchildren. I had to take a early retirement do to my mobility, I had to fly to Denver several times a year for meetings, and do outreach work, I would like to return to work.
