Guest guest Posted August 24, 2005 Report Share Posted August 24, 2005 Hi CJ, When I had that problem I took linseeds, spread liberally on cereal[ a heaped dessert spoonful in the mornings worked for me...think they probably could be sprinkled on a pasta dish also. Start out with a small dose and increase as you experience how it affects you. It can bring relief within a very short time but can also cause the opposite condition to appear quickly! When I have plans to go places I usually stop 2-3 days prior no matter where I am in the cycle. Sometimes magnesium 800 MG works TOO well. I put flax fiber or hemp protein fiber in my morning fruit smoothie.... and that seems to help...
