Well, I'm a bit older than 29, I turned 59 on the 30th of Dec, but I also

was recently diagnosed with FMS. Not a pleasant thing to live with, is it?

Knowing that you will have to live with pain the rest of your llife, isn't a

pleasant thing but we just have to hang in there and deal with it some way

or other. That's why this list is so helpful to me.
