LDN, surgery, and gen anesthesia

A friend w/o computer will be having surgery next week. It will be a

6+ hour surgery with general anesthesia. She wondered if she will have

to stop LDN and if so, how many days before the surgery? Also, how

many days after the suregry will she be able to start taking LDN. She

was prescribed tylenol/codeine #3 for pain following the surgery.
