Guest guest
This is interesting. I would love to be able to donate blood, but since my doctors thought that a virus was likely at the root of my case I decided once I was old enough and weighed enough that it wouldn't be a good idea. What's worse, bleeding out from lack of blood supply or getting cfs through the blood transfer? My mom has fms and possibly cfs and she still donates occasionally. I'm not sure what's best. Alia PS Some great news, I finally graduated from college (and summa cum laude, too!). Other than working on getting into graduate school and a little volunteering this summer, I have the next year to rest. -----Original Message----- Blood Banks Urged to Discourage Chronic Fatigue Patients From Giving Blood by Enserink on June 21, 2010 http://news.sciencemag.org/scienceinsider/2010/06/blood-banks-urged-to-discourag\ e.html
