Guest guest
PERMISSION TO FORWARD, USE IN NEWSLETTERS AND RE POST ON FACEBOOK PAGES. It looks as though any coverage for M.E. Awareness Week on GMTV got shoved on the back burner if not scraped into the pedal bin because of the Election here, today 12 May 2010. My understanding is that Kay Gilderdale had already been cut back from a live interview, maybe to be conducted twice during the whole show from 6.30 onwards and again in the Lorraine part from 8.35am onwards to a pre-recorded piece and I think there may have been other features scrapped too. What a shame that all that preparation and energy in getting there was pulled for more of the election that has only had 5 straight days of helicopter shots of cars travelling along and parliamentary reporters cutting from one uncertainty to another. It gives you some insight into the phrase " slow news day " . Well, it may get served cold on Monday - or not. I think we may have been " Clegged " after all. I hear that Gray is doing an interview with Central news to be screened at 1.50pm and also at 6pm today on ITV (They might give him a cabinet job) Anyone know of anything else?
