She needs to skip her LDN dose the night before her surgery. Sounds like a

surgery that she will need her pain meds to work 100% on so she would not want

LDN blocking any effect of the pain med at all so she would need to start LDN

again as soon as she can go without the pain med.

That's how we did my mom's LDN during her surgery.
