my first night i was so scared i was going to have a terrible reactio n or anyphylactic shock or die from some strange reaction that noone had reported. i took it and held on to my husband for dear life. i never told him i was scared.he must have just thought i was really affectionate that night.we have been brainwashed to believe the drugs are safe AND WHEN SOMETHING BENIGN COMES ALONG LIKE LDN, there can be alot of fear associated with taking it. i laugh at my anxiety now but totally emphasize with what you are feeling. just know in your heart there are thousands of us out here now who are living to tell of their experiences most of which are very inspiring. blessings, kathy
