I take LDN from a capsule and mix it with water to give it to my dad through his G tube, but if he could swallow it I would let him. Does it work better with water? Others cannot get a script so they have to order the 50mg naltrexone tablets from Mexico and dissolve it themselves to measure out the smaller doses.
