Help me see beyond the turmoil of the present. Give me calm strength. Let your Spirit lead my spirit. Give me moments in which I can see that this pain will not last forever. Calm the beating of my heart and let me be of good courage for the future. Lord, I need your merciful and loving arms to stay clam. Help me. Amen.
