time to take LDN

Probably would be best to go to www.low dose naltrexone.org and read up on it. It is recommended to take it between 9pm and 2am, but people seem to have different times they take it.

You may have to experiment with the time and dosage because you may have some inital transient side effects that you can read on the site.

HI, I just got my LDN today and I was wondering do you take this pill

the same time at night, every night? Do you go right to sleep once u

i take mine the same in between 9 and 12 each night, i have a bad time making the alarm go off in my brain at the exact time each night, so i tryed setting my cell phone and it worked, but i didnt notice any difference so as long as i dont miss a dose i am very happy not having alarms go off. benn on it for over 4 months and miossed 3 doese and regret not getting them picked up in time to not miss any. My I ask why you go to bed at 2am? If you are not working then a

regular sleep cycle is best when one has cancer or an immune system

disease. Try taking your LDN at 10pm or 10:30pm every night and see

if your sleep habits improve over the next 6 months. Try being in bed

no later than 11pm and if you have a TV in your room and can program

it to turn off after 90 minutes of playing then turn program TV and

set volume low and see if you'll fall alseep. If you are working your

LDN schedule is okay.

I think that's perfect. I used to take it between 12 and 2am and I think it worked better than when I take it between 9 and 10p
