Guest guest
I agree with and Marcie about the CC filler giving you a problem. As far as the 5 bathroom visits during the night , I have experienced this. I have found that if i drink anything caffinated after 2pm I get up 5 or 6 times during the night. I take my LDN between 9-9:30pm so I void before bed and I now get up once.I didn't want to give up my afternoon coffee but it was definitely the culprit. Even Coca cola, same thing happened. Guest guest
My husband has been linked to your website for a long time but I have only read some of the e-mails that come through our computer and everyone seems so warmhearted and able to help each other so I thought I would ask a few questions of my own. Here's the story. I am 48 yrs old. I had a hysterectomy in October 2004. About 6 weeks after that I was very sore all over and stiff and had trouble getting around. I thought it was an after-effect of the surgery (from lying around more than I usually did). I went back to work at that time but was having trouble getting out of my chair as I had a computer job that meant long hours at a time sitting down. My skin was starting to look weird....spider thin lines on my cheeks, nose, neck and chest and red dots under my skin and a fine rash that didnt have color or itch and my hand are broken open with a gross chronic fungal infection......so I thought 'oh crap' I look like I have' Lupas'. I had to quit my job cause they dont much like defective people working there. It took me several months to see a rheumotologist as there aren't many in my area. She ruled out all other diseases via blood work so apparently I have fibro which was escalated by the trauma of major surgery. Ok, fine. She gave me some meds but they didnt help. 2 weeks ago I decided I wanted to try to help myself here a little since no md's had anything very helpful. (tried warm water therapy but didnt help and cost over $100 a week (ouch). Five days ago I started LDN 3mg with calcium carb filler. I dont feel pain relief yet but since I was in such bad shape I figure it will take some time. Finally my question. I have had some gassy, bloated belly problems for the past 3 days. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN THEY FIRST STARTED LDN? Otherwise the side effects dont bother me much. Dont sleep well at night buy my afternoon nap is great! Dream like crazy!! DID ANYONE EXPERIENCE AN INORDINATE AMOUNT OF PEEING AFTER GOING TO BED? I get up at least 5 times a night. I had the bladder lift so I know it's not that problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ENDURING THIS REALLY LONG E-MAIL. If you have anything you can tell me about LDN and Fibro .....I would love you for it. Thanks again and may tomorrow be a good day. Switch your capsule filler to Acidophilus. Also, go to the link below and read the entire thread. Ignore the google ads at top of my LDN forum. Try to work your way up to 4.5mg of LDN but get filler changed first. Low Dose Naltrexone Forum - WARNING on filler, especially those with CANCER http://ldn.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=forum & action=display & thread=1089758571
