Wow! *laughs*

Unfortunately I don't honestly remember :(

But I just did a websearch on something like " self hypnosis for pain " or

maybe " hypnosis for pain " on google.com and that found it near the top.

Hope that helps.

Yes, but because they are usually very big files it is sorta hard to

attach them to an email. Unless you have a cable or DSL link you might

take 4-5 hours to download your email if I sent you the file!

If you *do* have DSL or Cable I would be happy to try to send you the

file, but it will not necessarily work.

Just for information:

It is no more illegal to have an mp3 than is it to have a book. Mp3 is

just a way to store a sound, like a doc file is a way to store a letter.

If your doc file contained the whole of a Harry Potter book, it is

illegal to have it, and if your mp3 contains a song you didn't pay for

it is illegal to have it, but an mp3 isn't IN ITSELF illegal.

Its just that because the mp3 format is the most common way to store

songs at the moment, the word " mp3 " has been associated with the feeling

of " illegal stuff " for lots of people, like you.

Just to make you grin, I don't even KEEP my songs in mp3 format. I

copied my whole CD collection from CDs to my computer to make it easier

to play them now that I can't get up and go over to the CD cabinet, and

I store them as " ogg " files! Instead of mp3. Its a newer format, but

not many Windows things support it yet.

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to help you.

Regards,

Ricky

PS

The pain control MP3 I downloaded, I'll try to go find where I got it

from, since so many people are interested!!
