what you are feeling is your body's weak spots "waking up" and trying to start a healing process (when/where it can)

by stopping and starting and lowering and higher, you're interfering with the process

I started 3.0 MG and stayed there for 300 days before trying anything (4.5 for 38 days, but then back to 3.0)

The BIGGEST factor, IMHO, is the FEAR factor. You fear yourself and scare yourself with your thoughts.

[low dose naltrexone] Help with LDN

Hi all,New to this LDN thing. Hoping I can get some help from people here.I commenced on 3mg LDN on August 1 from recommended supplier. Had a bad reaction on 3mg, i.e. increased symptoms, poor sleep during night (I expected this one), and increased tingles, sensitivity to heat, aches etc during the next day. Tried 3mg for 5 days. With similar results. Then went down to half a capsule for 5 days (half a capsule in teaspoon of water), result, symptoms still increased compared to pre LDN, but not as bad as with 3mg. Then tried back on 3mg for a couple of days with the same previous 3mg result. Since then, been on about half a tablet for a few days, a bit over half for a few more days, with still increased symptoms compared to pre LDN, but not as bad as when taking 3mg.

Horse chestnut extract from GIA Herbs or

in pill form. Either will work. About double what the normal dosage is

printed on the bottle would not be out of the norm.

Yes, I also am having a problem with my legs, RLS / Plus my legs really hurt when I try to get up. I went out and bought myself a

TOTAL GYM as I like the way it can be hidden when not in use and the exercise your upper body, mid section and your legs, which I have set up to the number 6, highest for my legs. I am in the process right now to try and build muscle tone. I went down to the classes at Health Point (this is a local hospital in SC). Then I just tell them what I’m tryig to do.and they help me try to accomplish my goal.

I fall down around once or twice a day, I hope that once I accomplish my goal (if I can) I will be able to throw away one of my walkers.
