Guest guest
I have had sporadic headaches that I associated with LDN at times. They never became so frequent that it caused me to stop. However, I try to make sure i drink plenty of water with the capsule. Also, I'm sure I have food allergies so this all comes into play with headaches and the hormonal thing of course. I also use a Nettie pot when i have headaches to clear my sinuses. A Nettie pot with sea salt and warm water is very good for the body. I never took the CRAB's sohave no idea if coming off the Beta cold turkey wasthe cause."Her filler is Avicel, but it did not cause headacheswhen she took it before with this filler. Do youthink it could come on later like this? Dr. JM
