Guest guest
Hi , My understanding is that it would be best to take 4.5mg if your not having problems with that dosage. It is the ideal dosage. How have you been doing on the LDN? Aletha [low dose naltrexone] 3mg or 4.5mg I've been taking 4.5mg for about 2 weeks and really don't notice any difference from 3mg. What should a person stay on? Also, I've read here that people sometimes can't tolerate 4.5mg. I was wondering what the terms of not tolerating it would be defined as? Thanks for any help. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi Aletha, I just started in May and now have worked my way up to 4.5mg for the last 2 weeks. I haven't had the improvements in walking as some people have, unfortunately, but have noticed some improvement in the circulation in my foot. I've been using a compression stocking if sitting for any long periods of time, but haven't used it since starting LDN. I would still like to know what people mean when they say they can't tolerated 4.5mg. Do they feel sick to their stomach, can't sleep, etc.? As I said I don't notice any difference between 3 and 4.5mg.
