Guest guest
Hello Norma, Thank you for the sweet reply. When you had your M.R.I. did you get an injection of radiopaque dye? Part of your problem may be from scar tissue and scar tissue won't show up unless they give you radiopaque dye when you have an M.R.I. Another thing you might ask your docs about is a nerve conduction study. An M.R.I. would show any nerve impingement or scar tissue, but a nerve conduction study will show the actual nerve damage. Nerve conduction studies aren't pleasant, but it will give you a definative idea of what is going on. I just imagine your docs don't want to admit that you have nerve damage now because more than likely it is from the surgery which would make them liable. Sorry if I sound law suit happy. I just feel that doctors, nurses, etc, should be held accountable for their actions and I am an RN. LOL. Have a great day everyone. Pain free wishes, Huber@... I told them I cannot afford the 300. to get the med. records from the doc.>>> Norma, Is there any reason why you can't just go to another lawyer? One who does this the right way and does not charge you for your records until the case is over and he & you get paid? I was never charged a dime for anything until I got the SSD and then the lawyer only got his share (I forget the amount now) that the law allows. This guy is trying to screw you. Call a lawyer who specializes in SSD....look in the phone book....that is what I did. Take care, Ann
