Been on 4.5mg LDN for over 2 years and it has not done anything that I can tell for the endo. I was taking Depo Provera injections...one shot every 3 months to halt my menses cycles and that helped wonderfully with the endo. I am seriously considering starting the Depo Provera shot again. I stopped the shot because I was trying to lose some weight before I went on a trip to see a friend I hadn't seen in years. I could not lose weight while on Depo Provera. I have the endo but not sure about how LDN might be affecting it but since I started the liquid, my periods are shorter which is good. But LDN helps with inflammation so.....
