The *Corn Bread and Muffin Mix* comes in a 12.6 ounce white paper tin tie bag package and was sold under the names Little Bay Baking and GFCFDiet. No illnesses have been reported to date. The recall was initiated after it was discovered that *Corn Bread and Muffin Mix* containing possible traces of soy was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of soy. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company's ordering processes.
