Trace fading for teaching letter/number writing

Does anyone know of pre-packaged or pre-made

" trace-fading " materials for teaching letter and, or,

number writing? The idea is simple: the student

learns to write letters/numbers by tracing them. In

the beginning performance is controlled by both the

instruction (e.g., " write the letter __ " ) and by the

image of the letter/number that underlies the tracing

paper. Gradually control of responses is shifted

solely to the instructions as the underlying visual

models (the numbers/leters that the student has

traced) are faded until no longer visible.
