middletown NJ denial to bus from or to any place but home

Hi all how do people in middletown NJ deal with thier special needs

childreen goning to daycare when they are required to work, and the

school district will not bus from any other place but their homes. The

shcool district says parents have been very resourceful in getting

childreen to school. Is that not part of their related services-

transportation? There are 3 daycares who bus but confilcts in thier

pick up time and 1/2 bussing is not available. I am moving into the

school district 26 April and am in the process of addressing this issue

with the board. any idea's
