Guest guest
Hi all, I have a patient (female, 62 yoa) with urinary incontinence - some minor dribbling, and occasionally a sensation of increased pressure or urgency when she drinks more. No other symptoms, labs all WNL, and renal U/S normal. Seems like typical decrease in elasticity/tone from aging... Other than kegel exercises what have you seen best results with CLINICALLY for improving bladder control & tone? Thanks for any input...
