My name is Mike I am 32 years old married man we have 2 young boys -9 -6 I was Attacked by a man with Autism I was a Occupational Therapist for Delaware state Department of Mental Retardation. Guest guest Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 Hi, Mike, I'm 43 year old woman with Chronic Abdominal Adhesions from various surgeries. I am also on duragesic 25 and Actiq for breakthrough pain. I am trying to get SSDI but was turned down and have had to hire a lawyer to fight them because I can't work on fentanyl nor can I drive, not sure what they want me to do. Have been on many drugs including neurontin which made my liver enzymes rise high. I now live at about a 3-7 pain level. It sucks to not be able to work as I was a psychotherapist, and miss it terribly. Your pain sounds horrible too. Thanks for the website info, will be useful.
