Theory behind the Scanning Zapper

Orthodox Medicine typically treats diseases by attempting to

attack the pathogens thought to be responsible for them. Antibiotics

to attack bacteria, Anti-fungals to attack yeast infections, etc.

Little is done to address the bodily conditions that facilitated

these incursions in the first place. Thus, they tend to re-occur when

treatment is discontinued.

Holistic Medicine on the other hand regards these types of

infections as opportunistic rather than causative, and Holistic

treatment usually seeks to restore the body's own defenses rather

than attacking these pathogens directly.

When I was first introduced to the idea of using a Crane

type " Rife " machine to attack pathogens I wondered if it was possible

to create a Holistic version of this device. The answer turned out to

be yes, and resulted in a treatment instrument I eventually dubbed

the 'Vitalizer' due to it's most noticeable effect.

The Vitalizer contrasted with a Rife machine in exactly the same

way that Holistic medicine contrasts with Orthodox medicine. Whereas

the Rife machine's function was to attack pathogens, the Vitalizer's

function was to generate a restorative effect on the body's own

vitality rather than attacking pathogens directly.

The Scanning Zapper is the direct descendant of the Vitalizer. The

Scanning Zapper represents my application of this Holistic principle

to zapping.

Observations and speculation leading to the design of the Scanning

Zapper.

ACCUPUNCTURE

Electro-Accupuncture research has identified frequencies that

liberate anti-inflammatory substances into the bloodstream. Some of

these frequencies lie in the " ELF " range, which is associated with

stress reduction and pain relief. Scanning Zapper theory incorporates

this frequency range.

OBSERVATIONS FROM EARLY ELECTROTHERAPY RESEARCH

It is a peculiarity and a fact that one of the mechanisms by

which electrotherapy sometimes heals is by causing minute cellular

damage in the area to which it is applied, provoking an immune

response there. The Scanning Zapper attempts to trigger this healing

response by only *simulating* the signals given off by cellular

damage, rather than actually causing any.

THE HOMEOPATHY CONNECTION

L.Ron Hubbard once speculated that the original idea behind

Homeopathy had been lost. To paraphrase his conclusions based on my

own understanding of them, a disease was " stuck " in the body because

the disease and the immune system had fought to a draw, resulting in

a chronic condition rather than a final outcome one way or the other.

If you could de-stabilize this impasse an abreaction would occurr

followed by recovery as the body's defenses were awakened.

For the new zapper to trigger this sort of Homeopathic Abreaction

as well as the previously discussed cellular damage reaction, it

would need to communicate a " trouble " signal to the body. But what

sort of signal does the body send to the nervous system when a

healing response is needed?

I reviewed physically painful incidents in my own life. What I

noticed was that pain signals have a cyclic " throbbing " character.

Impact injuries have a deep throbbing character, while a paper cut or

a Dentist's drill on an exposed nerve have a sharper, higher

frequency sensation. The Scanning Zapper sweeps this entire range,

and from that action it's name is derived.

" TOUCH ASSISTS "

There is a sort of First Aid measure called a " Touch Assist " in

which the mind is made to " look through " an area of pain it has been

avoiding by applying tactile sensations to a part of the body on the

opposite side of the brain from the injury. The farthest body part

from the brain is the foot. For this reason the Scanning Zapper uses

footplates instead of the usual hand electrodes, ensuring that the

signal is applied to the maximum number of cells, and that the

stimulus originates at the point farthest from the brain.

THE ROOT CHAKRA

For the new zapper's signal to pass from one foot plate to the

other it must pass through the energy center called the Root Chakra.

Since this body center is regarded as the seat of physical vitality,

we can expect beneficial effects to be mediated through the Energy

Body in addition to the physical body.

BIO-CIRCUITS

An energy balancing tool called a Bio-Circuit functions by re-

directing the body's own energy rather than applying electricity to

the body. Because the Scanning Zapper only uses electricity as a

carrier for it's signal, it only uses voltage and current values

comparable to those found in the body's own energy, making it free of

the hazards usually associated with electrotherapy.

VIBRATIONAL GRAFTING

Researchers have determined that Bio-Circuits can be used to

transfer the vibrations from Homeopathic remedies, vitamins, Gem

Elixers, etc. to the body. Because the Scanning Zapper's output is

comparable to the body's own currents, it may be used to perform this

Vibrational Grafting by simply applying the remedy to the footplates

before beginning a treatment session.

NEEDLE-FREE ACCUPUNCTURE

Because the Scanning Zapper's output is not like the output of a

regular zapper, a sort of electro-accupuncture can be performed by

using one footplate as a ground connection to the body and applying

the other clip to the accupuncture point. This can also be used on

Trigger Points, such as the ones treated by the 'electronic face-

lift' machines.

MERIDIAN THERAPY

The Scanning zapper can be used to stimulate entire Meridians by

applying the clips to accupuncture points on opposite ends of a

Meridian

(the Vitalizer also had this ability).

CHAKRA BALANCING

The footplates can be placed directly over an underactive Chakra

to localize treatment there.

SPINAL TREATMENTS

T.E.N.S. electrodes can be used to localize a treatment to a

specific portion of the spine, for instance during a Chiropractic

session.

SUMMARY

The Scanning Zapper is a Holistic counterpart to the regular

zapper. Rather than trying to attack pathogens directly it seeks to

enhance the body's own vitality. It's output characteristics are

based on data from electro-accupuncture(anti-inflammatory effects),

ELF Wave research(stress reduction and pain relief), and my own

speculations on how to electronically simulate cellular damage

signals to provoke an immune response and de-stabilize chronic

conditions(successfully employed in an earlier machine, the

Vitalizer). Footplates are used instead of hand electrodes(to expose

more cells to the signal), and to place the stimulus at the farthest

point from the brain(approximating the first stage of a Touch

Assist). Beneficial effects on the Energy Body can be expected(the

signal passes through the Root Chakra). The output voltage is a

fraction of what other machines apply to the body(to simulate the

body's own currents), and Bach Remedies, Gem Elixers and other

remedies can be applied to the footplates to transfer

their " vibrations " during a treatment session(vibrational grafting).

Treatment can be applied to accupuncture points, trigger points, and

entire meridians usung the clips as probes, or to individual Chakras

using the footplates. T.E.N.S. type electrodes can be used to

localize the treatment further, for instance over an organ, injury,

or spinal area.

This should be all the information a prospective purchaser would

need to decide whether or not a Scanning Zapper would be useful in

their own circumstance. I will post suggested treatment times and

other details later.
