Since we've got a conversation going re Vitamin D, I am forwarding this to the groups. The March newsletter is chock full of information, and very important for anyone living in the more northern latitudes, as Dr Cannell discusses what you can do to optimize getting Vitamin D naturally, the correct supplements, as well as your own access to the right Vitamin D test (from ZRT Labs). Interesting information from many of our Washington state members - doctors here are starting to test Vitamin D (with the correct test) without being asked - a big difference from a year or so ago.
