Therapist

Job Description : Providing quality 1:1 therapy for children with

autism using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis with an

emphasis on Verbal Behavior. Duties include but are not limited to

teaching behavioral/language skills, collecting and evaluating data,

ongoing parent training (for clients), attending weekly team

meetings for ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications: Minimum of a BA or BS in a related field (behavior

analysis, psychology, special education, speech) is required.

Coursework towards the BCABA or BCBA is encouraged. Applicants must

have a basic knowledge of the science of applied behavior analysis

and Skinner's Verbal Behavior. At least 2 years of experience

working with children with autism or other developmental

disabilities is required.

This is considered a full-time position: Mon- Fri, 8:30-5:30.

Receptionist/Administrative Asst.

Job Description: Applicants should type proficiently, have basic

computer knowledge, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft

Excel, Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus, but is

not required. Should be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a

fast-paced environment, be organized and reliable. Polite and proper

phone etiquette and excellent people skills are a necessity. You

must enjoy working with children and their families.

The Receptionist is responsible for scheduling client appointments,

maintaining effective schedule for management staff and producing

daily and weekly reports of upcoming appointments. Answering phone,

taking messages and checking company voice mail multiple times

throughout the day is a major part of this position which also

includes semi-detailed phone interviews with potential clients and

representatives from insurance companies. Coordinating maintenance

with Property Manager's office and vendors, keeping an ongoing

inventory of necessary supplies, filing, general office maintenance

and providing support to management staff are also the

responsibilities of this position.

This is a full-time position with benefits. Hours are Mon - Fri,

8:30 - 5:30.
