But they also have a lot of relevant Info O way's to improve our lives emotionally and Spiritually, I didn't realize the what we eat had such an impact on our emotional health If anyone is interested in looking at the site then e-mail me and I will give you the link....I haven't added the link as I know a few of you are worried about spamming in the group, I.e.
