I belong to the UK Year of Well being Group and some of the tip's they send each week are very good....some of the tip's are to do with food but that is OK as our diet can also impact us emotionally as well as our general health........

But they also have a lot of relevant Info O way's to improve our lives emotionally and Spiritually, I didn't realize the what we eat had such an impact on our emotional health

If anyone is interested in looking at the site then e-mail me and I will give you the link....I haven't added the link as I know a few of you are worried about spamming in the group, I.e. Adding click on link's to other sites

So I thought this way only people really interested would e-mail me for the link. At patsangel958@...

Hi Janis, Here are your tips for the next weekMonday 8th SeptemberIs there a parent around you struggling with juggling a career and family life? Is there something you can do to help (e.G. You can offer to baby-sit for one evening)? Tuesday 9th SeptemberFast food used to mean fried food, but these days there are more options available in many larger well-known chains. Chef salads and grilled chicken sandwiches are examples, although watch the salad dressing!Wednesday 10th SeptemberListen to your friends or family members empathically (without preparing rebuttals) if they have grievances. Thursday 11th SeptemberA baked potato can be a healthy alternative to chips, but have it with low-fat sour cream instead of butter, full-fat sour cream or cheeseFriday 12th SeptemberIf you are constantly on the go, slow yourself down by taking up an activity that requires calm, focus and a relaxed state, from meditation classes to painting or flower arranging, find something that interest you enough to do it several times a week. Saturday 13th SeptemberIf you worry about something, the worry can be reduced if you manage to accept the worst possibility that may happen and make decisions about what to do in this case. Then again, it is easy to exaggerate the probability of an event, so it also helps to determine what the realistic chances are that what you worry about will happen.Sunday 14th SeptemberResearch shows that being well hydrated can make a difference to how you feel when you are active. If you haven't drunk enough water, you may lack energy and feel unable to complete your activity. Aim to drink plenty of water before, during and after you have finished being active.
