That's amazing and you should be incredibly proud of yourself! Second, please don't feel discouraged that you are " only " doing the basic workouts! The best thing about tae-bo to me is that any workout can be challenging if you are doing the moves correctly! Some of the best workouts that I've done have been basic workouts because I am able to totally concentrate on my form and really give it 100%. You are doing the best thing by concentrating on your kicks and making sure that you have the proper form before you move on to the advanced tapes. If you find that you start feeling like you could do a little more of a workout when you're through with the basic tape....start adding on the 8 minute tape or another basic workout. As you increase the duration of your workout and continue working on your form.....you'll be getting yourself more prepared to do those advanced workouts. But, you have obviously had great success just doing the basic workouts, so I don't think you have anything to feel discouraged about! And you should instead be proud of all that you have accomplished By the way, I think the basic is one of the harder basic workouts....so, if you felt it was one of the easier ones and like you could have kept doing more after that workout...I think you have definitely increased your endurance and strength

It's very fast paced and has quite a few advanced moves (like the one where you balance on one leg and pull in your knee of the other leg). I love that tape, BL2, and BL7. BL1 is not as challenging for me. Elena
