Excuse the crosspost, but I have read a ton of books on operant behavior and

this weekend I found this absolutely flippin' wonderful book

(IMO--obviously)---that does a super job of explaining what reinforcement is and

what it does in operant behavior. It also addresses other topics such as why

concentrated practice of foundation skills---(think PT or DI)--is " drill and

thrill " and not " drill and kill " ...

It may also be a new reference for others on the list, and I wanted to share

it...
