ablation or other therapy for fibroids

One subsequent post included mention of endometrial ablation. I also

posted that my physician uses thermal ablation. However, what could be

advised to retain fertility please? If you are on the CCL-Community

group, your information would be appreciated, otherwise, with your

" I am looking for any information about avoiding hysterectomy due to

fibroid tumors. I have a friend that has one and is bleeding constantly

due to it. Her doctor (pro-life) is tentatively recommending

hysterectomy since it would be a less invasive surgery than one to

remove the fibroid because of where it is. She is looking for

information on how to shrink it naturally. I am almost certain that the

last issue of Family Foundations had an article written by a PhD doctor

about her experience with fibroids and how she avoided hysterectomy,

which is the typical " cure " offered by doctors. It may be that this

article was about another condition, but I can't find it to find out!

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
