Guest guest
Kristy..Wow!......There always seems to be a bigger plan...this week has just been jammed packed of inspirational news.....maybe all of us here just attract events of this nature...events that help us to look beyond those incidentals that are to be only considered as miniscule nuisances....it is these miraclulous events that teach us to have and to hold that which we hold so very dear....I woke up to your retelling of this incident...It is snowing gently....everything looks like it is covered with powdered sugar.. Sydney is happily dancing to her favorite TV show " HI-5 " .. the rest of my family is still in dreamland (not a bad place to be)....it is truly a beautiful morning....and faith and belief that God looks over us all, sends us our lessons and our gifts....gives us our thoughts of appreciation....and the ability to stand back and say " WOW! " ..... Love to all.....have a miraculous day! Barrette CN Kristy Colvin wrote: Hi Everyone, This afternoon reminded me about just how precious life can be and what really is important in life. Most of you in the United States have seen the national news where the Texas City refinary BP Amoco exploded. My eldest son, Arron and my father both work at this plant. Also, right before the explosion, my mother, daughter-in-law, and one of my grandsons had just left the plant after having lunch with Arron. When the explosion happened, Arron was just a little more than a block away from the explosion. He was knocked down to the ground from the blast, but not injured. My dad's office is not too close to where the explosion is, but his office was shook and things fell off the wall. My mother, daughter-in-law, and grandson had just left the plant, so they were uninjured. So, I am thanking God tonight for keeping all of my family safe, because in just a moment, I could have lost my entire family! Just needed to share...
