Often times, in fact most every day, I awaken to the nagging voice of my alarm clock. My very first thoughts are, "No, not again. I don't want to get up… go to work… start my day… etc.". This is when I take the time (if I remember) to stop, take a deep breath, and start over. My body receives an impression of each and every thought I think.. When I reprogram this daily thinking pattern and insert nurturing, positive thoughts, my day doesn't seem nearly as bumpy. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
