I guess the thing with him is that if he's taken every 15-30 minutes, he will

likely go on the potty, but he is still likely to have accidents. See what I

mean? It's not that he doesn't get going on the potty. He doesn't seem to

" get " staying dry in the mean time OR he doesn't " get " the sensation of needing

to go. Understand that he's already had so much " therapy " and coaching in this

area that I think he'll need something " different " in order for him to learn it.

We should definitely try reinforcement for being dry. I " m just wondering if

there is anything " else " .

we tried repeatedly with my son and he just wasn't ready until he was 6. at

that time it finally clicked and after repeated potty trips starting at 15

min. intervals and progressing to 1 hour intervals, he was finally trained.

he holds it now and doesn't always " ask " to go potty, but we just take him 2

to3 times per day and this works for pee pee. for #2, we used suppositories

on a daily basis at the same time to create a pattern. now he's able to go

#2 on the potty when we " know " he has to go (timing, crossing legs, etc.).

don't know if this helps...
