Guest guest
Hi all Sorry for any crossposts! Can anyone tell me about the military's upcoming ECHO program (TRICARE)? Not sure if this is the case or not, but it looks like some folks getting benefits under the Program For Persons with Disabilities Program (PFPWD) -- the $1,000/month currently allowed for certified ABA consultants for ASD children of active duty members -- will LOSE benefits. I could be wrong about this and need clarification, but it looks like with ECHO, a monthly cap of $2,500 will be available, but only to children who are low functioning with MR. Those with Aspergers or PDD-NOS or HFA are NOT LIKELY to get these same benefits. Is this indeed the scenario? Can anyone please set me straight? Or, provide me with POCs? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Mindy Poist (937) 219-9589 poistmin@...
