Guest guest
We are seeking an aba/vb teacher for a student in Brick, NJ. The candidate must be a certified special education teacher, have experience with children with autism, and be able to work about 25 hours per week. We prefer VB training, but will train the right person from a novice level. The position involves teaching in both home and indivualized school setting for one student while working with a team of 3 other therapists and a BCBA. As the certified teacher, you will have the aid of a paraprofessional, as well. Extensive free training is provided, including paid attendance for the Behavior Analysts, Inc. STARS 16 week study course in VB, developed by the authors' of the ABLLS assessment and instruction in use of Links to Language. Other trainings will include paid attendance at advanced VB workshops by leaders in the field, free attendance at in depth workshops on autism spectrum disorders, & functional assessment and intervention. Benefits include: employed position, freedom to take additional cases, mileage reimursement, very competitive wages, a long-term situation, available group health insurance rates, and free supervision for Board Certification. This student's teachers and therapists have been with him for the last two years, and we have recently helped one of our team to take a full time position in a great district, with our recommendation. We really hope to fill this position with an enthusiastic, organized, devoted person who is eager to learn and grow with us! Please contact Robyn at RCatagnus@... Thanks, Robyn Catagnus, MSEd, BCBA www.claritybehavioralconsulting.com
