Guest guest Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 When I'm up to my tush in alligators(Even if just in my mind),When life overwhelms, and I'm tied up in knotsWithout any reason or rhyme.When crazy plays grab ass with every new thought,Or depression rides herd on my soul,In all of these times (and I have them alot),There's one thing I know makes me whole.>I stop what I'm doing no matter the place,I pause in the fullness of time,And bowing my head I quietly pray,"Thy will be done and not mine".And with those soft words come a world of release,It's really that simple you see,When I let the reins go, it's then that I know...That GOD is in charge..it ain't ME!
