My husband and I bought Dunham (New Balance) shoes for our trip to England

last summer. They are so great! This is the first pair of shoes my husband

has had in literally years that haven't broken down within a couple months.

He is so thrilled and his feet no longer hurt. And he is on his feet many

hours a day. And I walked all over the UK in mine, and actually decreased

my pain meds during the vacation. All that walking. But since I'm lazy as

anything, I don't get out and walk when it's boring.

Thank you so much for the info on the Dunham boots. I have found a few

places online to order them, mainly the New Balance website, but I hate to

order online. However, if my husband ever has to go back to wearing boots

again for work, I may actually consider buying a pair online since I can't

find them locally. I am in the US, specifically, North Carolina - on the

east coast.

Maybe I can workout a plan where we can start with his current size boot and

if it doesn't feel right walking in the house with them we can go up or down

in sizes by mailing back and forth until we find the right size. I worry so

much about hubby's feet because of his diabetes. He already is losing some

circulation in his feet but at least it isn't debilitating yet. He walks a

lot during the day too. It seems that his day consists of driving then

walking then driving and walking some more. Then there is the dreaded

paperwork and phone calls in the afternoons.

I love the New Balance shoes. I had heard wonderful things from the New

Balance company about the Dunham boots. I'm glad to find out they actually

are as good as they had claimed.
