Lord God of my Being, Holy Spirit,

I, by myself, and my world are nothing.

Surrendering my will to you, I continuously

thank you for Everything.

Without You, my eyes are dull and have limited sight -

they are blind to your light and can only see

distorted pictures of your Beauty.

Withlout You, my ears are closed and hear fiction and lies -

they are deaf to your eternal song of Peace and Joy

and can only hear distorted sounds of your Voice.

Without You, my tongue is too loose and also too tight -

it is too corrupt to speak your language of Love and Truth

and can only talk gibberish.

I ask you with every breath of my life, to restore

my eyes to right sight - to only see your glory

and behold your vision;

my ears to right hearing - to only hear and listen to your voice;

my tongue to right speech - to only speak your words

of truth and love.

I commit my thinking to you and ask you to clear it

and restore it to sanity.

I give you my heart to heal and restore to love and joy.
