Log in to groups.yahoo.com to unsubscribe yourself, OR: 2. Do what I do -- in order to keep from being overloaded with emails, change your settings inside Yahoo! groups to be web-only, which means you log onto Yahoo!s site in order to read and respond to messages, instead of having to get them in your email. > > Does anyone have any ideas for making salads more > > filling.
