1. You need to take yourself off of the email list, no one here can

do it for you. Log in to groups.yahoo.com to unsubscribe yourself,

OR:

2. Do what I do -- in order to keep from being overloaded with

emails, change your settings inside Yahoo! groups to be web-only,

which means you log onto Yahoo!s site in order to read and respond to

messages, instead of having to get them in your email.

I have to say, I'm a little surprised at people who can get

themselves subscribed to a list, but then strangely enough don't know

how to get off the list.
